Due to security issues Pakistan has increased the range of its signals to border areas also till Jammu and Kashmir. As few of the frontiers also share border with India, it has been found that mobiles across the border are catching the signals. More specifically, the mobile in district of Samba and Kathua are catching the signals of Pakistani Telecom. It is noteworthy that Mobilink, Ufone, Telenor and Zong are active on National Highway One.
