The registered complaint will be automatically processed via Deputy Commissioner for appropriate actions. How to Register:

• To register enter the necessary information and details.
• After providing required information a verification code will be sent to your cell phone to confirm your registration.
• After registration you will be able to login. After logging your account Home screen will appear where you can register your complaint, view public poll or any announcement or any emergency information can also be viewed.
• Citizens can upload picture, video or audio files while registering a complaint.

Citizen can also check the complaint application online. The government aims to protect and help in socio-economic and human resource progress, providing equal chances and good governance. Citizen’s Portal is a very positive initiative taken for stakeholders of the area.
