Emoji has become the hour of the need to represent our emotions, feelings and thoughts. That is why various companies are earnestly working to upgrade this area for it consumers. Similarly Google has been very proactive in disseminating emoji that represent different races and sexual orientation. Now it is working on the emoji that represents women in workforce.

Google is prepping emoji for professional women.

Google is working on 13 emoji that represents either man or woman of certain profession. So add tractor for a farmer and frying pan for Chef. Google is currently including both male and female options in its proposals. But recently it also got inspired by New York Times op-ed “Emoji Feminism” where it identified the current Emoji standards, “Men were serving on the police force, working construction and being Santa. Meanwhile, on our phones, it was Saturday at the Mall of America — women shopping while men wrote the checks.”

Google said that with Emoji of this kind, it will better reflect the role of women in the world. It is more towards empowering women and accepting their presence in the professional world.
