Chrome Browser will reduce RAM usage from December.

The major problem faced by Chrome is that it uses RAM space especially when more than one tab are open in its browser. Google is aware of this issue, which is why, Chrome team is now looking for resolving it on permanent basis.

Chrome is introducing an update after which the browser will utilize less RAM. Google has included in Version 54 of Chrome a new Java script due to which even the websites will load quickly.

During testing phase websites, like Twitter, YouTube, New York Times and Reddit showed 50 percent less usage of RAM. After this update, specifically, mobile phone users of Chrome can use websites efficiently. Chrome team also said that it will keep on introducing updates that will shrink RAM utilization.

Chrome will roll out this update on December 6, 2016. Meanwhile, those who are too eager to receive it can use its beta version from Chrome beta channel. However, the pre-release version might has bugs.
