Indeed Samsung is suffering lamentable situation when facing the exploding handset during charging. For this reason, they have introduced replacement and exchange program to replace Samsung Galaxy Note 7 in US and South Korea.

Currently, it has been reported that South Korean users have started receiving the handsets. Those who have now the exchanged handsets are complaining that the replaced units still have problem and issues that are worth noting.

However, Samsung stated that these issues have nothing to do with battery explosion rather these are general issues which are not grave enough to be noted and can be resolved with updates.

The consumers are reporting screen hanging and battery issues while charging. However, Samsung reported these issues are of minor sort.

According to Sammy these issues are due mass production of phone and has been recently identified in few phones. Samsung is investigating the matter and will soon respond with a concrete explanation.
