Samsung is struggling to build its rapport again once over the issue of exploding batteries while charging. The company has introduced replacement, exchange and full refund programs to keep its customers happy.

The exchange programs are happening in 9 countries where the sales went weeks ago. After the official statement has gone viral stating that replacement units will not arrive later than September 21^st. Samsung has managed to exchange 130000 units while it has recalled 1 million units only from US.
