As per its recent announcement, Xiaomi is going to start its official operations in Italy today.

Xiaomi launched its first brick and mortar Mi Store in Paris, France two days ago. The company also launched an online store along with the physical retail store in France. The French online store is offering the Redmi Note 5, Mi Mix 2S, Mi A1, Mi Mix 2 as well as the Redmi 5.

It is expected that Xiaomi shall take the steps in Italy when launching its stores. However, what the majority of Italians will be expecting, is to see Xiaomi smartphones being sold officially through Italian carriers like TIM, Orange, SFR and Vodafone.

Arrival in France will surely solidify Xiaomi’s fourth position in the European market and hopefully help the company reach even higher market share.
