Ufone has recently collaborated with Huawei for more network and service efficiency for a better customer experience. Huawei is leading the global market in providing managed services to the whole Middle-East Region.

Ufone collaborates with Huawei to increase service efficiency.

While taking this initiative, Jafar Khalid, Chief Technical Officer Ufone commented, “Huawei has managed non-telecom maintenance of Ufone’s network for many years now, keeping that in view, we shall capitalize on the merits of having a well-established relationship and economical pricing – elements that allow us to enhance focus on our competitiveness as a major telecom player in the market, and above all continue working on our top priority – providing even better service to our users.”

With a massive global potential, Huawei is working in manages services with more than 150 networks in almost 80 countries. Ufone, meanwhile, is currently working with 4,780 employees and performs operation with a network of 388+ franchises and 23 company-owned customer service centers in Pakistan.
