Lahore High court has declared DTHS Licensing auction illegal and has been banned all over the region.

As per details, a full bench of High Court under the supervision of Justice Aisha A Malik made this decision.

The court decision also passed the ruling that even the broadcaster could be the distributor. The court said that limitation of broadcaster to be distributor is illegal.

As per court ruling PEMRA sanction 13 referring sanction 3 is now illegal. If you are already aware, PEMRA has already auctioned DTHS Licenses.
