T-Mobile has just verified via Twitter that the T-Mobile variants of the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge devices will get Android Nougat update starting this week. According to report, the rollout will start and may take a week or more to make it way to all the users.

With this update users will be able to enjoy Nougat’s added features including improved enhanced notifications and enhanced permissions for apps. In addition, users will get improved system optimization as well as better battery life as well. Without doubt Nougat will be an update of at least 1GB. That means that it is the right time to begin transferring your photos to an external source or cloud service.

Another way is to update your S6 is to download and Install Smart Switch on Mac or PC. When you plug in S6 Smart Switch will ask you to update once the OTA is there.
