T-Mobile and Sprint subscribers with the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8+ are now getting an update with couple of important features. First one includes an update for the Bixby app while the other ones offers added stability for SD cards. But the update did not launch Bixby Voice while it could have deposited some files on the handsets that are needed for its eventual release.

It is likely that Bixby Voice may make its way to the smartphones by the end of June.

According to users who have downloaded the update, Bixby Vision and Reminders entail shortcuts at the top of the screen now. In addition to the improvements for the stability of the SD card, the update also includes the Android security parch for May.

Once you get the notification that the update is here, you need to ensure that you are connected to a Wi-Fi network prior to the installation of the new files.
