Does anyone remember the SHARP AQUOS Crystal, a smartphone manufactured by Japanese company back in 2014 and which featured the display cutting close to the phone’s edges?

The phone will now appear with mid-range specifications on Boost Mobile as well as Sprint. Before this since 2013, SHARP had manufactured a total of 28 touch-screen phones, whereas all of them were manufactured for users outside the US market.

The latest full-screen smartphone by this company is going to be announced on 8 August, which will subsequently be released on 14 August. This phone will be officially named as SHARP AQUOS S2. The distinct feature of this phone is that it will have the highest screen-to-body ratio that could ever be there in a smartphone, i.e. 84.95%. The remaining space will be left for the selfie camera. Such a move, according to the company, will literally make 5.5” screen smartphone appear like 5-inch.

The phone will be initially released for Chinese market, but soon it will also be released for US as well.
