The Upcoming Apple Watch to have LTE Support

  MPC Team

Apple has been planning to release this year’s Apple Watch that would possible be supported by built-in LTE. Such a feature will help iPhone users to leave their smartphone home if they have new Apple Watch, as they will be able to utilize all the functions through just this watch.

Up till now, the watch had to be in a certain range with iPhone in order to support different functions, such as receiving notifications or making calls. However, the latest model of Apple Watch will solve the range problem with integration of LTE.

However, many things are still not known yet. Apple might choose to sell the watch both with or without LTE support, which is also the case in iPad, so that Apple could maintain higher price for watch that is compatible with cellular service through LTE integration.

Reportedly, this watch will also require additional data plan, and battery life can also be an issue in it, since the existing watch model already does not even last for a single full day.

So let us wait a bit more for further revelations by Apple. For more updates, stay connected with Mobile Phone Collection
