Famous cricketer and Deputy Minister Provisional Councils and Regional Development of Sri Lanka Mr. SanathJayasuriya has recently paid a visit to Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) Headquarters.

Chairman PTA Dr Ismail Shah warmly welcomed Sanath and updated him about working of PTA and telecom sector of Pakistan. Mr. SanathJayasuriya also had a brilliantinteraction with representatives of cellular mobile operators that helped him to seek information on investment opportunities in telecom sector of Pakistan.

He also attended a presentation of ITU Regional Advisor Mr. Sameer. Mr. SanathJayasuriya appreciated Pakistan hospitality during his stay in Islamabad. Chairman PTA presented him a memento on this occasion.
