Samsung Note 5 has been quite in rumor mill which shows that the unveiling is very likely. Recently a report also purported that whether it will have an Edge variant or not revealing as well as camera resolution.

Now it is the time to look at the phablet’s RAM. A new report confirms that it will have a 4GB of RAM of the LPDDR4 type. As this still a rumor, but you should not take it for granted, as it is one more confirmation added to our Note’s directory. So there is highly likely hood that Note 5 will pack a 4GB RAM.

It is also confirmed that the Note 5 will use Samsung‘s single-chip solution and its own home-grown Exynos 7422 chipset. This means one chipset will incorporate the octa-core CPU, the GPU, the RAM, the storage, as well as the Shannon 333 LTE modem.

The Note 5 will further pack a 5.67-inch Super AMOLED QHD touchscreen. Support for wireless charging should be built-in too.
