Usually fake smartphones are the substandard copy of big brands like Apple, Samsung and Microsoftbut recently even the smaller companies are having trouble with these unidentifiable impersonators. China’s Oppo is one such vendor which is making unique devices that are now being copied.The two particular handsets, Find 7 and Oppo N3, have been recently found being copied. It has been found that around 644 cases of counterfeit Oppo have been reported in Malaysia alone, and similar problem exist in other Asian markets including China itself.
Oppo is seriously looking into this matter as counterfeit really damages the market where low standard product is being sold to cheat the customers. Oppo promises to take legal action after it finds “any unethical parties and counterfeiters.”
The better advice for any customer is to always purchase from the official Brand Store or authorized resellers to avoid owning a fake smartphone.
