LG unveils a new featurephone in the US, Verizon’s first 4G LTE featurephone

According to a latest report, LG has unveiled a new featurephone in the US. The device is called Exalt LTE and it is Verizon selling the phone as its first 4G LTE-capable feature phone. Interestingly, it’s an LTE-only phone as it doesn’t work with Verizon’s 3G CDMA network.

Exalt LTE is powered by a Snapdragon SoC with quad-core, and features 1.1GHz processor with a 3-inch display of 400 x 240 pixel resolution. It is a flip-phone having 8GB storage and a 5MP camera for those who cannot resist photography. It weighs in at almost 130g, and packs in a 1,470mAh removable battery.

Exalt LTE can be a great phone for budget buyers as well as those who need a 4G LTE-capable device.
