HTC has recently made an announcement of rolling out its January security update to the One A9 (unlocked) in US. The announcement was spread via a twitter where the company’s US VP of Product Management Mo Versi made an official tweet for the customers.Apart from the January Security update, it will include bug-killers, Versi said. If you still did not receive the OTA notification, you can check it manually in your device settings.

January Security Update will now roll out to HTC One A9 (unlocked)

For those who still don’t know, HTC promised that One A9 will receive update 15 days after every Android update is being rolled out to Nexus line up. Keeping the promise, the Taiwanese company rolled out the November and December updates on time.
