For the past one year, HTC is underperforming in the over saturated market where competitors like Xiaomi have already been bombarding market with high tech budget-oriented device esp. for east. With this the tech giant has almost ended the game of a bit smaller smartphone sellers. Though even Sony has been falling behind when it comes to competing with brands like Huawei and Xiaomi.

HTC will continue introducing phones in market

This has put a lot of questions on the existence of brands like HTC which are experiencing a steep fall.HTC CEO has spoken in response of such sentiments in the market. She said that the HTC brand will never disappear. According to the company the global market still has a lot of room for emerging brands and HTC will continue to launch flagship for multiple niches. She further that 2016 will be progressive year for HTC selling and we have a lot to offer to HTC fans. Plus a few new ventures will also start. A line of smart bracelets, developed in partnership with Under Armour to be launched in Q1 of next year.

We should indeed expect a flagship smartphone from the company to be launched in the first half of 2016, though no rumors have appeared so far. Apart from this HTC will possibly launch Vive in January, a VR headset designed in collaboration with gaming service giant Valve.
