In December 2017, Evan Blass, a reliable and dependable tipster broke the news about the release of HTC Harmony, which will be named as HTC U11 EYEs. Reports then poured in confirming that the phone will have 3C verification from China. Now, it has been confirmed by the company that this phone will be launched next week.
On its Weibo account, the company shared the date for HTC U11 EYEs unveiling, which is said to be 15th January.
The poster does not given any name of the phone; however, it still mentions ‘Eye’, which effectively confirms that this phone will be named as HTC U11 EYEs.
Expectedly, the phone will come in two variants vis-à-vis SoC, i.e. Snapdragon 652 and Snapdragon 660. Both the models will be coming with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, and 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, respectively.
Apart from that, HTC U11 EYEs will have 18:9 aspect ratio, 5.99-inch display along with 2160 x 1080 pixel resolution, 12MP main camera and 5MP front camera. It has also got 3,930mAh battery. Lastly, the smartphone will be available in the first phase in Taiwan, China and Hong Kong.
