As far as the specs are concerned, Zenfone 3 comes with 5.5-inch IPS display while running Snapdragon 625 SoC under the hood with 8 Cortex A53 humming up to 2.0 Ghz and an Adreno 506 GPU for graphics. The chipset relies on industry leading 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM while the base variant is a bit modest in nature as far as memory configuration is checked.

Software-wise, it is bit modified with additional features ramping the OS both functionally and visually. This includes more enhancement for themes, visual effects, as well as a built-in Mobile Manager system. The camera department of this low-end offering is surprising with 16MP backing the rear unit and offering the contrast-detection, phase-detection, and laser AF to set the focus in as little as 0.03s. It is also Selfie-centric with 8MP front snapping capability. The device is powered by 3000mAh cell and has USB Type-C port at the bottom.

Currently, there is no info on its launch. The predecessor took some time to release while the Zenfone 3 is expected to take less of it. Whenever, will it the base model will set you back for around $249 while the more heft storage variant will cost extra.
