Xiaomi Redmi Note 3A, a low-end offering has been recently certified by TENNA, a regulatory authority in China which equates FCC certification in States.
As per the leaked document, Redmi 3A will come with a 5-inch display and a pixel resolution of 720 x 1280. The device will run on a very meek Snapdragon 435 chipset with octa-core 1.4GHz CPU and the Adreno 505 GPU to power graphics. Xiaomi Redmi 3A sports 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM with 16GB of native storage.
In the camera department, it has a 13MP rear unit and a 5MP camera in front shoots selfies and handles video chats. The rear also adorns a fingerprint scanner, and the device is driven by Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow pre-installed. The interesting revelation is that the low-end offering is likely to go for a heft battery of 4000mAh at a very low price.
The Redmi 3A will first be sold apparently via the China’s largest carrier, China Mobile. The wireless operator has revealed Redmi 3A will support VoLTE.
