Last month when Google unveiled Android N, it did not disclose its version number. Usually as per tradition it should be given 7.0. As the Marshmallow got 6.0 and so as Lollipop which has 5.0. Our assumption could be true as Sammy has also backed this prediction.

Android N version number leaked.

Samsung has recently released a new SDK (Software Development Kit) for feature that will include MultiWindow. This feature is likely to come with compatibility with Android N 7.0 as per Samsung. Since Samsung is the largest Android seller, it cannot not be wrong. Hence the version number it has leaked will be Android N 7.0.
