Finally, news, which was long waited, has come. Samsung has announced and confirmed a Nougat Update for Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge. The Nougat will hit the two devices in January.

The company is running beta testing in South Korea for months “to distribute the official version in January as soon as possible.”

Samsung confirms Android Nougat release for S7 duo in January.

In addition to this, Samsung announced that beta version will end till January 30, 2016. This certainly points out that there is no beta version and no feedback related to “Error report” and “Suggestion.”

More particularly, Samsung all feedbacks will be catered by “Community” only.

We were expecting that Sammy will release 7.1.1 Nougat for most of Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge devices in January, 2017 but is now established to roll out only 7.0 Nougat to many.

The carriers are also prepping for 7.0 Nougat built, but this does not mean that there will be no 7.1.1 Nougat even at later dates. Whatever, it will be, happily, now Android Nougat will hit Galaxy S7 and S7 edge in January.
