Windows Phone Continue to Lose Share in Market – the Chinese Users Absent

Ever wondered where the entire talk about the famous windows mobile phones creating headlines of a mobile-centered website like our one is supposed to hide features? Logically speaking, the windows platform is going through a settling-in and transition period for now. Currently, Microsoft is busy evolving their state-of-the-art Windows 10 platform to a practical computing from a convergence vision. Coming to

the smartphones, they have been vitally re-branding their Lumia devices as their flagship products. Clearly, after looking at the stats, Microsoft hasn’t been paying much attention in delivering their Lumia products to the right masses. From a recent survey conducted by the Kantar Research, a depressed structure of declined yearly sales has been shown in the sales of Nokia Lumia mobile phones from September 2013 and September 2014.

According to the experts, there has been 0.3% decline in the sales of windows phone in USA between the year S, declining from the points of 4.6 to 4.3. Moving on to China, the Nokia phone has lost their 2.8% share in market and has just 0.4%. China does have the favorites Huawei and Xiaomi companies, but even Sony and Samsung are preferred at home base as well. Same is the situation for Nokia phone when you look at Australia – the Windows have given up 3.1% of market share, moving down to 6.2% in market. Considering the situations in Great Britain, France, Spain and Europe, the losses are in small amounts. Good news in Japan and Italy as there has been 1.5% and 0.2% of growth for Nokia phones there. Considering Pakistan, Nokia mobile phone prices in Pakistan have had their ups and downs as well. The resale may not be strong, but consumers have love for the Lumia phones there as well.

We hope Microsoft comes up with a solid and strategically strong game plan to address such loss in their shares.
