Sony has recently released the whole X line up stateside. After selling Xperia XA and Xperia XA Performance, the XA Ultra is also available. The device can be bought unlocked from Amazon, Best Buy, B&H, and Reagan Wireless.
Powered by Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the Xperia XA Ultra is a phablet-sized handset with 6-inch display with pixel resolution 1080 x 1920. The device runs on an octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor. One of the significant feature is 16 MP front-facing camera with optical image stabilization. Rest of the innards are also powerful with 21MP whopping rear camera, 3 GB of RAM, and a 2700 mAh battery.
Xperia XA Ultra is unlocked and will work with AT&T and T-Mobile carriers, but will not be compatible with CDMA carriers like Verizon, Sprint, and US Cellular.
