Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 618 and 820 specs have leaked showing that it might use big. Little architecture with ARM’s new Cortex-A72 core. Previously, Snapdragon 620 specs did leak but they revealed entirely different info. The new leaks reveal that the Snapdragon 620 has four Cortex-A72 cores (codenamed Maia) and four Cortex-A53. The Snapdragon 618 comes with similar specs but with two Cortex-A72 cores. Both will use Adreno 510. Snapdragon 820 and 815 is leaked to have Adreno 530.The chipsets can serve two 13MP cameras (at 930Mpix/sec), or one camera of up to 21MP resolution. Video can be taken at 2160p @ 30fps or 1080p @ 120fps. On the connectivity options there’s LTE Cat. 6 (300Mbps), Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.1, Miracast, HDMI and USB 2.0.It has been reported that Snapdragon620 and 618 will be made on a 28nm process. There are rumors that whileSnapdragon 625 and 629 promised a more proficient 20nm process, the new 815 and 820 chipsets will move down to 14nm.There are rumors that other inconsistenciestoo which will be revealed as the launch of the chipsets gets nearer.
