The Samsung Galaxy S7 as per rumored will come in two versions. One will be Snapdragon 820 version and other will be home-grown Exynos. It now appears that the latest Snapdragon will be exclusive to Sammy for some time.As per rumors whirling out of China, Snapdragon will feature only and only Samsung’s upcoming Flagship till April. So in the first three months no other manufacturer can launch this SoC sporting its device.

There is no solid evidence for this speculation, however, if it might happen, Samsung could have a competitive advantage over others for promotion for some time as the S7 will launch in Feb and will start shipping by the end of March. The rest of the features include pressure sensitive display, retina scanner, a USB Type-C port, enhanced camera, and probably an expandable storage for the non-edged iteration.
