The Samsung Galaxy J7 and J5 has already been launched in China. The device are now headed to India for their official appearance.

Samsung will announce Galaxy J7 and J5 in India on July 16

The company has sent out press invites for July 16 event for the “Unveiling of the latest stars in the Galaxy series.” The event will be held in New Delhi, starting at 11:45am local time.

Both phone comprise of affordable technology and Selfie-centric approach of 5MP cameras with wide angle lens. Both smartphones have Dual-SIM capability and have LTE connectivity. The handsets run Android 5.1 Lollipop. The only thing to differ is 5-inch screen in J5 AND 5.7-inch in J7 with both having 720p screens.

The teasers image on Samsung on Facebook and Twitter also shows a message “Gear up” so also wait for some Gear smartwatches.
