At one point there is a clip in which Fahad Mustafa plays a racing game in the phone which is then zoomed in to show graphics which are, quite frankly, stunning.Upon investigation, PAKGN found out that the footage used in the TVC is not from a mobile game running on QMobile X30 but it’s actually from the super popular Need for Speed Rivals, that is not even launched on Android Play Store. QMobile simply took footage from a PC or console and attached it into the ad.

QMobile with such an impressive Brand image and sales number should avoid fabrication of such sort. This is not the first time, they have previously copied the TVC’s of Lenovo and Oppo which send out a negative image that dilutes a brand. Also with fabrication like this, means that mobile can run games like Aphsalt, which is great in their own right but this blatant misrepresentation cannot produce good result.

We suggest QMobile that before designing a TVC, just be original and truthful in your concepts as with this market share they strongly need to avoid such business practices.
