Motorola has recently announced the Moto Z2 Play, which is the sleeker, faster and lighter successor to the Moto Z Play. While there are some changes, there are some things that are same in the devices as the earlier ones. Like the design is mostly the same but smoothed-over edges being one of the most notable changes.

The Moto Z2 Play is now available in Brazil and will be releasing across the world in June. For those who reside in the US, it will first be available on Verizon exclusively later this summer followed by the release of an unlocked version for $499.

The Z2 Play features the latest version of Android Nougat out of the box and will be powered by the Snapdragon 626 octa-core chipset. The device seems to come in a number of configurations since Moto is offering the option of 3 or 4GB of RAM and 32 or 64GB of internal storage.
