Recently a Samsung Display Centre has been robbed by four people looting 100% of the stock resting at the facility. The incident took place at 4:00am Last Monday. The place of incident reported is Block-F, DHA, Lahore which is one of the busiest market of area. However, the robbery took place early in morning with little security around and no traffic near the Centre (may include some by standers).

The Manager was informed at 4:45am about the robbery which also makes it a clear security lapse by police. Few people blamed that the security did not intervene while the thieves broke in making it a serious threat for company. On the other hand, police claims that thieves were caught at Bhatta Chowk check post under strict surveillance and they had no info prior to incident.  The police now have three thieves captured while one is still missing. 80% of stock has been recovered while 20% remained unrecovered. Two lacs cash has also been robbed and yet not recovered.

The thieves broke 10mm glass and one of them got injured during the incident.
