Very recently iOS has rolled out its new update. However, users are reporting that by the time you click the link to download update, a bug crashes your system. Up till now the bug has not been fixed. Due to this bug when users click Safari, Chrome or any other application like Mail, Messenger, Notes and Social Media or long press/click any hyperlink, the device hangs or crashes.

It is dangerous to update iOS 9.3.

It is effecting both iPhones and iPads. It is still unknown why the device is crashing. However, a few people think it is due to Universal links feature. This new feature was introduced in iOS 9. If we write in browser for instance a link  YouTube.com, the Universal Link will open the YouTube site in Application rather than browser.

With Universal Link App developers can open registered domain names directly in application. But now it seems this feature has back fired and is crashing applications.

Due to this Bug when users click a link, the feature of Universal Link checks a long list to find that link which crashes the device.
