Since it is a .1 version, so don’t expect huge changes and increased enhancements. iOS 9.1 does come with over 150 new emojis. iOS now has full back for Unicode 7.0 and 8.0 emojis, by the way.

The Functionality of Live Photos has undergone a betterment too, as now it “intelligently senses when you raise or lower your iPhone”, and does not fix on those movements anymore. Apart from this, the usual patches for bug fixes and performance tweaks are to be found in iOS 9.1 as well.

Lastly, there’s a new option in Settings > Messages, which will permit or block showcasing photos for your contacts.
