The new iPhone 8 is better than iPhone 7 in all respects but one, i.e. battery capacity. TENAA revealed after testing the batteries of both the smartphones that in comparison of 1,960mAh battery in case of iPhone 7, iPhone 8 will just have the battery capacity of 1,821mAh.

Same goes for iPhone 7 Plus and 8 Plus, as the former has 2,900mAh capacity, whereas the latter has 2,675mAh battery capacity.

However, Apple has revealed that the new phones will be lasting for same time as did the previous versions. Still, it is not a good feeling honestly to come to know that new iPhones will have lesser capacity. This is also because the competitors of Apple such as Samsung and Google etc. have been using the batteries of at least 3,000mAh capacity on average. Therefore, time is now for Apple to upgrade its battery capacity for better.
