Huawei Expect more than 100% Growth in Smartphone business in India

The Chinese smartphone brand Huawei expects to attain more than 100 percent growth in smartphone business in India by the end of 2017. The Consumer Business Group of Huawei India, Peter Zhaihas told that “We expect to attain over 100% growth in consumer business by the end of this year. As India has a huge market and such kind of massive market has diversified customers. In different circles, people are demanding for different items. So, we are struggling to satisfy them”.

The company has launched today the world’s first 4G VoLTE enabled smartphone with four-camera, named as Honor 9i. The new Honor 9i comes with the price tag of INR 17,999. Now the company makes its personal chipset for the smartphones. The Honor 9i smartphone have Huawei’s 8-core Kirin 659 chipset, 5.5-inch HD display, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage and powered by 3340mAh battery. It will be sold particularly on e-commerce podium Flipkart from 14th October.
