US Government is investigating the allegations against Google to pay men more wages than women employees. However, company has contradicted these allegations. In San Francisco during a court hearing, management of American Labor Department revealed Google allegations. They declared that they have been informed about women low wages on work places. On the other hand Google said that every year they survey salaries.

It should be noted that at present only 19% women work in Google technology, however 70 thousand women are Google employees. All the companies of technology along with Google are trying to improve their process of recruitment of employees.

Now US department of Labor is investigating the process to give wages and to recruit employee in Google and other companies. Recently US Department of Labor had sued a technology company Oracle to give more wages to white men in comparison to women and black men.
