Samsung Galaxy S7 is expected to launch in future but it will not be just a few days ahead appearance. There were also not many or any exciting leaks regarding the handset. However, Samsung has overhauled the development process entirely, where it has left its old Waterfall process and switched to the apparently more productive, ‘Agile’ system.

According to the new system the device will be developed as long as in two months and will get released just by the end of year.

The Agile method distributes the entire process into little chunks, which can then be completed with light speed. Once a prototype is completed, it is then tested through a quicker process whereby changes can be made a lot more easily. On the other hand, Waterfall method leaves less room for errors. It follows a rigid system once a certain stage is complete you can’t turn back for changes.

If Samsung is following the Agile process, it’s reasonable to consider that the S7‘s launch could be brought forward. The company also wants to stand high at MWC, as it did with Galaxy S6 and S6 edge earlier on this year. But it can also leave far behind the major competitors. By launching early, since the S7 will be in many hands before the likes of LG, Sony and HTC have a chance to make to the market.
