The release of Redmi Note next generation is due anytime soon. The TENNA after passing Redmi Note 2 through certification now has revealed it full specs in website listing. The Redmi Note 2 will be more of an incremental package rather than a completely new device. It has 5.5-inch display of 720p resolution. The chipset model is yet to be revealed, but the quad-core CPU rated at 1.2GHz suggests the Snapdragon 410. It will be featuring 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage, expandable by up to 32GB via microSD. Camera-wise, it has a 13 MP main camera and a 5 MP selfie unit. Overall dimensions have been kept the same at 154 x 78.7 x 9.5 mm, while weight will be 188g 10 grams less than predecessor. The new smartphone will run Android 4.4 KitKat and will come in multiple colors, including red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple, Formal black and white. Availability is yet unconfirmed but the expected price is CNY799 ($128).
