FCC approves Galaxy A8 (2016), outs major specs.

The Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016) recently visited both Geekbench and GFXBench. Recently, it got certified from FCC which is valid evidence of its existence. The certification reveals important specs regarding the handset which succeeds the Galaxy A8 unveiled last year.

The GFXbenchmark allegedly confirmed the handset to feature 5.1-inch display. However, the current A8 is a phablet with 5.7-inch display, it is expected that the coming model will have same size with 1080 x 1920 panel. The latest version will have a model number SM-A810S, while running Exynos 7420 SoC with same octa-core SoC found in the high-end phones like Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+.

As far as memory is concerned, the 3 GB RAM and 32 GB of on-board storage will live in A8 (2016). Camera-wise, it will have a 16MP rear camera with 5MP for selfies, while Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow will be pre-installed.

There is no new on price and availability, however, soon we will hear the good news as FCC already has certified the Galaxy A8 (2016).
