The much awaited BlackBerry KEYone will be available in the U.S. and Canada today. In North America, the unique physical Keyboard and exceptional battery life have made users much overwhelmed. The KEYone has hit the shelves today at select Best Buy stores and via Amazon. In order to get your hands on the device you need to invest $549.99.

The unlocked models will be available in 2 variants in the US. While one of them will support GSM carriers such as AT&T and T-Mobile, the other one will support CDMA operators including Verizon and Sprint. The availability of carrier will begin at Sprint in summer.

A number of Canadian carriers will make the BlackBerry KEYone available with few plans. Wireless operators like Bell, Bell MTS, Rogers, SaskTel and TELUS will sell the device in stores or online. Carrier pricing begins at $199 Canadian with a 2 year contract while the retail price for the phone is $729 Canadian. According to Steve Cistulli, President and General Manager, TCL Communication NA:
