Another Patent of Samsung Foldable Phone Released

  MPC Team

Some of the sketches for the new design of Samsung foldable phone have emerged online. The patent images have been rolled by Samsung Electronics just days after Huawei unleashed its foldable phone design patent.

The sketch is depicting a clamshell design along with a hinge which seems like bulky. The mobile device has 2 screen displays; one of these could be folded. Hinge in the image is the same as used for Surface Book and the image also seems similar to the one filed by the company in last November. The latest image shows that the folding in the middle may work.

The outside screen is an old school flip. The result isn’t smooth as when the device folds, the bulky hinge is very prominent. That is the reason why, it might not be handy to hold the phone in hand or in put it inside a purse. However, the design so far is pretty good-to-go.
