Samsung has been long rumoring it foldable devices. Sometimes through its patents, sometimes prototype and sometimes a leaked documentation to support the idea. Currently a head engineer unveiled that bezel-less technology is too new to be overshadowed by some advanced and innovative concept like foldable smartphone.

Korean analyst says that Bezel-less display are more profitable as the latest and recent trend is edgeless OLEDs that He says:

“When the demand for bezel-free handsets slows down, Samsung will unveil the foldable display as the next card.”

Kim also told that display is still facing some technical issues and needs to be improved where there are challenges. In come years we might see the first foldable device that can fold once and multi-foldable device will take many years to exist.
