Netflix is undoubtedly a never dying hub to watch your favorite old television shows, original comedies, dramas, and motion pictures. Now with smartphones and tablets, you can reach these videos sitting anywhere and everywhere. The main competitors of Netflix are Hulu and others but now Amazon, the online retailer, is also aiming to start a video streaming service. It will also have competitive rates $8.99 per month. It is just a dollar cheaper than Netflix for the subscribers.

Amazon announced that it is a $99 a year Prime service, that will give away a free two-day delivery on purchase with unlimited streaming of movies and television shows. That addition offer be on monthly basis for US costumers.  The literal charges will be $10.99 a month and you can even switch off the service in the month you want. This means those who want to shop can choose to switch on the services on holiday season and then turn down it.

Amazon have purchased exclusive rights of some programs of HBO and has signed a contract with director Woody Allen for an exclusive television series.

However, Amazon haven’t yet announced when it will launch its Video Streaming Services.
