It has been reported that some carrier versions of HTC One, M8 and M7, will get Android 5.0 update later than expected. Earlier, HTC has committed to provide Lollipop update to smartphones released in 2013 and 2014 but it might get delayed due to reason mentioned ahead. Mo Versi, HTC Vice President of product management, posted the news in a blog discussion. Google with its minor updates is trying to resolve the issues Lollipop previously contained.  HTC is earnestly working with Google and some carrier partners to integrate into its OS build. M8’s several version has been updated by HTC. The factory unlocked model, the Developer Edition, and the Google Play variant are recent examples. Mo Versi confirms “good news to share soon” on the rest of the One family.
