Xiaomi’s Mi Home Store earned Rs.5 crore Sales Revenue in First 12 hours.

Xiaomi has opened a store named Mi home in Bengaluru on May 20. It is informed by the company that more than 10,000 Mi fanshave gathered there to shop from theMi Home store on the opening day. Xiaomi has claimed to earn Rs 5 crore of sales revenue within the first 12 hours of sales through store.

The company explained that it generate a major portion of its revenue from the sales of smartphones which includes Redmi 4, Redmi 4A, Redmi Note 4. Xiaomi Redmi 4 smartphone was sold at Mi Home store for the first time. However, it will be going for sale on mi.com and Amazon on May 23 from 12PM. Devices other than smartphones selling on the Mi Home store include audio accessories, Mi VR Play, Mi Air Purifier 2, Mi Router 3C and Mi Band 2.

Xiaomi Mi Home store is very first exclusive offline retail store of the company. The company has decided to inaugurate 100 such Mi Homes in a time period of two years in India. The Mi Home stores will first come to the metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Some of theMi Home stores will also have an ‘extra zone’ where Mi fans will be able to enjoy more Xiaomi services and devices.
