Xiaomi Redmi 4A’s New Variant Launched in India Today

Xiaomi has launched a new variant of its Redmi 4A smartphone in India. The Xiaomi new phone comes with more RAM and internal storage as compared to the previously launched handset. The Redmi 4A smartphone has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage capacity and it will be available with a price tag of INR 6,999 at Xiaomi store Mi.com, Amazon India, Flipkart, Tata CliQ and Paytm from Thursday.

The vice president at Xiaomi, Manu Kumar Jain, and managing director at Xiaomi India, announced in a tweet on August 28, ‘Surprise, We are releasing a new model of Redmi 4A with 3GB RAM and 32GB flash memory at an alluring price of INR 6,999.’

Just to refresh, the smartphone has a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display, and it is powered by a 1.4GHz quad core Snapdragon 425 SoC along with the Adreno 308 GPU. It runs MIUI 8 based on Android Marshmallow 6.0. It has a 13MP rear camera with a 5-lens system, PDAF, an f/2.2 aperture, and LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.2 aperture.
