Previously, back cover of  Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 was making rounds on web. Nowadays, it leaked specs have made their way to costumer information bank.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 is expected to have 5.5-inch screen with 1080 x 1920 resolution. It will run on a 4-bit octa-core processor from Qualcomm (Snapdragon 615) or MediaTek (MT6752). It packs 2GB of RAM with 16GB of native storage. The rear camera is 13MP while front-facing camera comes in 5MP. It is powered by 3000mAh battery. It runs Android 4.4 pre-installed with MIUI 6 on top of the Android build.

These leaks can be questionable as the previous specs revealed have made the new leaked information a setback. According to prior information, Redmi Note 2 was coming to market with 3GB of RAM, a 20.7MP rear snapper and an 8MP of front one. The device was said to be coming in 16GB, 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB versions priced at $165, $215 and $245 and not known, respectively.

Now the launch dates of phablet are between January 21 and January 28. Rest what comes next will be revealed soon.
