Xiaomi co-founder, Liwan Jiang, has recently posted on the official Weibo account of the company that Xiaomi Mi5 is likely to pack Snapdragon 820. The Phone will be announced on January 21, 2016, whereby it will start shipping from February 8, which will be Chinese New Year.

As far as the rumored specifications are concerned, it include 5.2-inch QHD display with pixel density of 565 ppi. Further it has superfast 4GB RAM. The camera department features a 16MP rear camera and 13MP front facer. The device is powered by 3600mAh battery and supports Qualcomm Quick Charger 3.0.

There are no rumors on the price yet, but few reports speculate that it would be between $385 and $462.
