Xiaomi had yesterday a big event and a big launch to make for its Mi 4i in India, New Delhi. The event started at 4PM. The Xiaomi Mi 4i predecessor was announced last year in July with flagship specs. But so far XiaomiMi 4i has proved to be an affordable alternative rather than an incremental upgrade.The device packs Snapdragon 615 chipset instead of powerful 801. It packs eight 64-bit Cortex-A53 cores and an Adreno 405 CPU. The camera department is also demoted to 2160p video capture and a lower resolution selfie camera. Interestingly, there is either no card slot or will be a 64GB version.
The Mi 4i will be getting dual-SIM capability and will run Android 5.0 Lollipop.
